We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below. This return policy is subject to change. Please review the return policy before making a purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for a return.  If you have tried the product and are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to further discuss.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the product.
  • Ship the product back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the product and arranging a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
